Returns and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. However, due to the personal nature of our hygiene products (adult diapers, baby diapers, and sanitary napkins), we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. This is to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

What can be returned?

      Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of purchase.

      Items that are incorrect or damaged upon arrival can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

What can't be returned?

      Opened or used hygiene products (adult diapers, baby diapers, and sanitary napkins).

      Items without original packaging.

      Items purchased more than 10 days ago.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at 9244766877 or support@shopkiah.in to initiate a return request.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

      Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.

      Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
